World Cinema - Trial Access

Collier Library has a trial of Film on Demand's World Cinema. The trial can be accessed by visiting https://ezproxy.una.edu/login?url=http://digital.films.com/PortalPlaylists.aspx?aid=15009 and then choosing “World Cinema” from the “Collections” drop-down menu. The trial will be active until November 26. This collection contains more than 380 feature films from some of the most renowned directors around the world and includes the best of the silent era, groundbreaking international directors, American and European masterpieces from the mid-20^th century, and award-winning contemporary films featured by Global Lens. 

Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research Membership

Collier Library has become a member of the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR). Approximately 740 universities, government agencies, and other institutions are members of ICPSR. Faculty, staff, and students of member institutions have full direct access to the data archive and to all of ICPSR's services. They also receive discounted tuition rates for courses in ICPSR's Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research.
